We start with a short conversation, then send personalized questions in writing. You can answer in English or Portuguese.
Our editors review the answers and translate them into English, Spanish and Portuguese. You approve the edited answers and every quotation before anything is published.
Participation is editorial. It never depends on referring clients, the number of inspections booked or any revenue — and there are no referral commissions, points or rankings.

The professional portal
- Send a client’s inspection request, with the client’s permission, and follow it from the first contact to the completed inspection.
- See the latest update shared with you and keep a private history of your requests.
- Inspection reports belong to the client. You can open a report only after the client (or the report recipient) authorizes sharing it with you.
- Portal accounts are created by the MegaInspector team. A portal account does not create a public profile, and a public profile does not require a portal account.
